Do we need to be technical to use Gaide?
No. You need to know your own business – we handle the technical side. Gaide is built to be as simple as sending an email.
How quickly can we get started?
With Intern (Thor), most are up and running within a week. For Trial Employee – a customized solution for your business – we count in weeks, not months. Exact time depends on your availability and complexity.
What is the difference between Intern and Trial Employee?
Intern is Thor as an internal knowledge assistant – you upload documents, the team asks questions, you see value immediately. Trial Employee is the next step: a digital employee customized for your specific processes, integrated in your environment and tested against customers or market.
How do we know it works for us specifically?
The Trial Employee phase is designed to prove value in your environment, with your data, against your goals. We define success criteria together before we start – and evaluate against them before you decide on the next step.
What happens if it doesn't work?
No lock-in period. 1 month's notice on all services. If it doesn't work, we end it – no one has anything to lose.
Can Gaide connect to our business system?
Yes. In the Trial Employee step, we connect to common systems like Monitor, Visma, Salesforce, Dynamics and custom systems. As an Intern, Thor works with documents and web content.
How is the knowledge updated?
Your website syncs automatically. Documents you add are available within minutes. Your digital employees always stay up to date.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Gaide is accessed via browser or email. Nothing to download or install.
Does Gaide work outside Sweden?
Yes. The platform and all data are hosted in Sweden, but we support customers regardless of where they operate. The assistants work in all languages and adapt to your customers' market.
What if we don't have good documentation today?
You don't need perfect documentation to get started. Thor begins with your website — it syncs automatically. Then you build on it with documents, manuals and FAQs at your own pace. In fact, the process often helps companies realise what knowledge is missing and start documenting better.
How much time do we need to spend managing the assistant?
Minimal. We handle all technology and optimisation. Your effort is to upload new material when available and give feedback on answers that can be improved. Expect roughly 15–30 minutes per week.
Can we limit which employees have access?
Yes. You decide who gets accounts and what role they have. Administrators have access to statistics and settings, regular users only see the chat function. You control exactly who gets to do what.
