What we do.
Gaide builds AI assistants for industrial B2B companies. Not generic chatbots, but specialized digital coworkers that actually know each customer's products, processes and customers. We are growing fast and building the team to keep up.
We are an AI-native company. AI is not a department or a side project here, it is the foundation of what we build and how we work. Everyone on the team uses AI as a natural part of their daily workflow.
The role.
You own the customer journey from signed deal to a customer that is live, happy and getting value. You keep track of what is happening across all active customers, communicate with them regularly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You work closely with the founders and connect the dots between sales, engineering and delivery. The role is broad on purpose. We are not looking for a specialist. We are looking for someone who likes owning the full picture.
This is a role that grows with the company.
What you bring.
You have at least 3 years of experience and have owned a customer journey or process end to end in a previous role. You do not wait for instructions, you figure out what needs to happen and make it happen. Comfortable talking to customers directly and solving things on your own. Structured but not rigid, and at ease in an environment where no two days look the same.
Experience from tech or startups is a big plus. If you have worked with AI tools or in an AI-adjacent environment, that is a bonus but not a requirement. What matters most is that you are hungry, curious and want to work in a company where AI is at the core of everything we do.
Fluent Swedish and strong English skills are required.
