Questions and answers.

The essentials about bringing AI into an industrial company: where to start, what it costs, how the answers come out right and where the data is stored.

AI in an industrial company

What can AI do in an industrial company?
Answer the recurring questions that take up your best people's time today: price, stock, delivery, data sheets, error codes, spare parts. The solution is trained on your own product data and answers in seconds, with a source, in the channels you already use.
Does it work in our languages?
Yes. The solution answers in Swedish, in English and in the customer's own language, and reads your material whether it is in Swedish, English or a mix.
Does the AI understand our part numbers and our terminology?
Yes, that is the whole point of the Foundation. We train the solution on your part numbers, product sheets, price lists and service history, and teach it what a suffix means at your company specifically. The answer always comes with a source.
How do I know the AI answers correctly?
It answers only from your approved sources and shows where the answer comes from. If it can't find the answer, it says so instead of guessing.
Does it suit a company like ours?
Most likely. We work with industrial B2B companies, whether you sell products, projects or contract work. Technical trading companies, machine builders, contract manufacturers and solution providers are some examples. What matters is not size or sector but that knowledge is the business and the questions keep coming.

Getting started

How do we know where to start?
That is the first step. We find out where the time goes at your company, often something internal where the gain shows quickly, and train the solution from there.
How long does it take before we are up and running?
The discovery is short, then we set everything up and train the solution on your knowledge. The time depends on how much data goes in and how many systems we connect. You get a timeline and a fixed price before we start.
Do we have to clean up our data first?
No. That is the work we do. Old PDFs, spreadsheets and email threads are the normal state of things. The Foundation is laid with what you have.
Do we have to change systems?
No. We connect what you already have, ERP, CRM, PIM, website and SharePoint, and the questions come in where you already work.
Do you have to be technical?
No. We handle the technology and the connection to your systems. You contribute your knowledge.
What do we need to contribute?
The material, one contact person and feedback while we train. We do the rest.

Price and agreement

What does it cost?
Setup once, then a fixed monthly price. All your people, all questions and all support included. No lock-in, you stay because it delivers. The exact level is set in the discovery.
How do we know it pays off?
We start by costing out your case: where the hours sit and what they are worth. You get it in black and white before you decide, whatever you do next.
Is there any lock-in?
No. One month's notice and a full export of your data. You stay because it delivers.
What is included in the monthly price?
All your people, all questions, all support and ongoing maintenance of the Foundation and the connections. No add-ons per user or per question.

Security and data

Where is our data stored?
In Stockholm. All processing happens within the EU.
Is AI trained on our data?
No. Your information is used to answer your questions, nothing else.
Who owns the knowledge that is built up?
You do. The Foundation is your data, structured. If you leave, you take it all with you.
Does Gaide comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act?
Yes, as standard. A data processing agreement is included, and we keep adapting as the regulations develop.
Can the AI make answers up?
Answers are taken from your own data and always come with a source. If the solution finds nothing to go on, it says so and passes the question to the right person instead of guessing.

Comparisons and choices

Why not just Copilot or ChatGPT?
General tools do not know your products, your prices or your history. We train the solution on your data, and every answer comes with a source. The difference is laid out side by side on the comparison page.
Should we do it ourselves or buy it?
Both can be right. Building it yourself takes in-house AI expertise, time and someone to maintain the solution when systems and regulations change. We come with ready-made parts, train them on your data and stay on once it is live. Run the numbers on both routes before you choose. The guide AI that lasts has three checklists that apply whichever route you take: the business case, security and operations.
How are you different from an AI consultant or agency?
It depends on what you need. A consultant or agency builds to your specification, often well, and then you own the solution and its operation yourselves. We deliver a solution on a ready-made foundation, trained on your data, which we run, maintain and develop for a fixed monthly fee. Whether you build or have it built, the checklist for what it takes after delivery is in the guide AI that lasts.
Which AI supplier should we choose?
The one who can show what the answers look like with your own data, says where the data is stored, gives a fixed price before starting and can name customers like you. Put those four questions to everyone you talk to, us included.
