How it works

It starts with your data.

An answer is never better than the data behind it. We structure it into the Foundation, an asset only you have.

How it fits together at your company.

The ways to ask, the areas and your systems. Everything rests on the Foundation.

You meet it all where you already work: Internal chat · Email · Web chat · Customer portal
Knowledge Makes your people faster. Answers from your documents, systems and projects, with the source and the right permissions. In the internal chat, Teams and email.
Technical support Takes the load off your experts. Specs, comparisons and datasheets, for the salesperson in the internal chat and for the customer in the web chat. Also on the phone out in the field.
Customer service and inside sales Order questions, quotes and cases. Enquiries answered directly, around the clock. Quote drafts with the right products, stock status and price in minutes. In email and web chat.
Aftermarket Spare parts and service. The right spare part, service history and order status, even after closing. By email, in the web chat and in the customer portal.
FOUNDATION Your product data, documents and history, gathered and searchable. Set up at the start and carries everything on top.
We connect what you already have: ERP · CRM · PIM · Web & e-commerce · SharePoint · Documents

The same answer whatever the channel, always with a source.
If it does not find the answer, the question goes on to the right person.

The Foundation

How the Foundation is laid.

Product sheets as PDFs from the supplier. Part numbers in the ERP and in a spreadsheet, under different names. Error codes in a binder. Price lists in an email thread from last spring. Drawings where the dimension sits in the title block.

The answer to the customer's question is almost always somewhere. The problem is that it takes an experienced person and plenty of time to find it. We put it in order, without anything disappearing.

01

The Foundation is laid.

We identify what every document contains and link it to its source. The same part under five names becomes one record, and older material is dated instead of thrown away.

02

The Foundation is kept alive.

The integrations keep the Foundation up to date. New documents and changes land in the right place from day one.

03

The solution is trained.

On top of the Foundation, the solution is trained in your language: what a suffix means, which version applies, where the answer is fetched from.

The Foundation

How your data connects.

Every dot is something you already have. Every line is a connection: what replaced what, what fits what, which version applies.

The same item sits in the ERP, in a spreadsheet, in the supplier's PDF and in an email thread, under four different names. Here it is one record, with everything that belongs to it.

One category. Versions, suffixes and replacement chains going back ten years, plus the question that comes round every week.

One order. The customer, the agreement, the history and what is on backorder, with the alternative that can actually ship today.

From question to answer

The same path every time.

Wherever the question comes in.

In The question comes in via internal chat, email, web chat or customer portal.
Logic The answer is built from the Foundation: your products, your rules, your tone.
Out Always with a source, straight away or as a draft for approval.

When the answer is missing

The question goes on to the right person, with everything already gathered.

When your systems change

We monitor the connections and adjust them.

Your rules in plain text

Margins, tone and exceptions are written in text you own. Changes take minutes.

Frequently asked questions.

Do we have to clean up our data first?
No. That is the work we do. Old PDFs, spreadsheets and email threads are the normal state of things. The Foundation is laid with what you have.
How long does it take before we are up and running?
The discovery is short, then we set everything up and train the solution on your knowledge. The time depends on how much data goes in and how many systems we connect. You get a timeline and a fixed price before we start.
What happens when our systems change?
We monitor the connections and adjust them. New parts, prices and documents land in the right place continuously.
Who owns the Foundation?
You do. It is your data, structured. It is stored in Stockholm, all processing happens within the EU, and you can take it all out whenever you want.
