02 You own everything. Your data, the Foundation and everything created on top of it belong to you. You can get it all out whenever you want.

We run on infrastructure from established providers, certified to SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Every customer gets their own, separate environment, and we connect what you already have, such as SharePoint, Teams and your ERP.

Where is our data stored?

In Stockholm. All processing happens within the EU. If you want, Gaide can run in your own infrastructure, and then the data never leaves your environment.

Is AI trained on our data?

No. Your information is used to answer your questions, nothing else.

Can Saga make up answers?

The answers come from your own data and always come with a source. If she finds nothing to go on, she says so and passes the question on to the right person, instead of guessing.

Does Gaide comply with GDPR and the EU AI Act?

Yes, as standard. A data processing agreement is included, and we adapt continuously as the regulations develop.

Who owns the knowledge that is built up?

You do. The Foundation is your data, structured. When you end the agreement, you get everything out.
